About Ode Yoga Institute
Ode Yoga Institute offers trainings, retreats, and continuing education for yoga and meditation teachers, those who wish to become teachers, and those looking to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga.
Founded by experienced and dedicated teachers, our programs combine structured learning with lived experience. They create spaces for study, reflection, and shared practice, supporting both professional development and personal exploration. Our work connects in-person retreats, trainings, and online classes into one continuous community, making it possible to learn, practice, and stay connected wherever you are.
Rooted in the traditional foundations of yoga, our contemporary approach is grounded, accessible, and not driven by trends. It emphasizes clarity, presence, and real experience. Our aim is not only to teach yoga, but to support a way of living and practicing that is integrated, sustainable, and real.
All yoga programs are certified by the Yoga Alliance.

Our Commitment
For us, yoga is about connection — to ourselves, to others, and to the world we are part of. With this understanding, we are committed to creating spaces that are inclusive, respectful, and accessible.
We actively work to make our programs more available to people who have been historically underrepresented or excluded from wellness spaces. This includes offering scholarship opportunities and reducing barriers to participation wherever possible. We welcome people of all bodies, genders, sexual orientations, backgrounds, and beliefs — and we ask everyone in our spaces to meet each other with respect and care.
We also take responsibility for the impact of our work, and aim to make choices that are mindful of our environment and the communities we are part of.

It serves as a space for connection, collaboration, and professional opportunities, while helping students, studios, retreat organisers, and wellness spaces discover qualified teachers from around the world.
We are proud of every graduate who continues to share these teachings in their communities and beyond, contributing to a vibrant and ever-growing global network of practitioners and teachers.
